Welcome to Beale Manor, our castle venue in Parkesburg, PA. When you book our Castle Package, the entire 1st floor venue is reserved just for you and your guests. Our Castle package is all inclusive with THREE characters, a royal tea, and two hours of magical activities from start to finish!
Any dream that you wish is sure to come true, from a couture ballgown presented to the birthday child, to a candlelit tea table, scrumptious custom cupcakes, dancing in the ballroom with a princess, and glamour with the Fairy Godmother herself!

And the best part... there's no need to clean your house or provide a single thing for the party. We take care of all the royal details!

The Magical Details
About Our Castle
Beale Manor is located at 200 South Church Street, Parksville, PA.
This elegant historic manor is over 140 years old and features a beautiful ballroom with string lights and wood floors, several ornate dining rooms, a kitchen, restrooms, a coat room, real fireplaces and gorgeous woodwork. The manor can be booked for weddings, special events, and of course our new Castle Package for a birthday dream-come-true! We are so excited to work with our friends at Beale to bring you this amazing new party package!
Availability
We are currently accepting Saturday booking requests for our Castle Package through March. Beginning in April we will be offering select Sunday afternoon/evening bookings.

When you book our Castle Package, the entire 1st floor venue is reserved just for you and your guests, for up to two hours.
Arrival: The castle doors will open promptly at your booked time. The moment your party begins, your fairytale starts, and the royal butler will welcome you into the castle. From the very beginning, each moment is part of the show! Please let your guests know to arrive on time so they don’t miss any of the magic. If you arrive early, we would ask you to wait in your vehicle, or outside the manor. The royal butler will then welcome you into the castle.

Accommodations
This package accommodates up to 12 children who may participate in all the activities above. Up to 12 adults or family members may accompany the children.
Please note that the royal banquet table only seats the 12 children. Additional tables for adults (not decorated, with disposable dishware and linens only) may be provided upon request.
You are more than welcome to bring additional food or have catering brought to the venue. Please let us know so we can prepare additional food tables if needed. We can also touch base with your caterer to work out the details for setup.
If you’d like to have more than the 24 included guests, please give us a head count and we will do our best to accommodate.
Additional cupcakes/drinks can be purchased for a fee of $60 per dozen. We also require a $35 fee for each additional child who will be participating in the activities (for more than 12 children only).
Sample Party Timeline
10-10:30 - Arrival, meet the fairy godmother, glamour in her workshop & castle scavenger hunt
10:30 -10:40 - Grand entrance of your visiting princess, vocal performance, royal coronation
10:40 - Presentation of handmade gown for the birthday princess, procession to the tea room
10:40-11 - Royal tea at the banquet table, happy birthday song and make a wish
11-11:20 - Royal introductions into the ballroom, dance party with the princess
11:20-11:30 - Pictures with the characters
11:30-11:45 Gift Opening Time
11:45 - Princess returns to her kingdom, send off by the fairy godmother, guests depart. All guests must depart by 12 noon so the castle can prepare for their next events
Custom Cupcakes
Your Castle package includes two dozen custom cupcakes by Mariyumm in your favorite flavor with elaborate and colorful decorations. We also include a special candle for the birthday child. If you have any special requests for your cupcakes, we’ll deliver the instructions to our royal baker. If you have dietary restrictions as well such as allergies or gluten free needs, please let us know in advance.

Couture Gown Gift
During your castle party, the Fairy Godmother will unveil a one-of-a-kind custom princess gown, handmade especially for your birthday girl! You can provide us with her favorite colors and character, and we will create a unique ball gown design based upon her hopes and dreams. The birthday girl will have time to change into her new gown after makeovers with the fairy godmother! The video below shows one of our custom ball gowns for girls, inspired by Snow White.
